I have been drinking kefir for over a year now. I had seen it in the supermarket and knew that it was good for you. Perfect for bombarding the system with good bacteria (for good intestinal flora) needed for digestion and can rid you of candida overgrowth which is being blamed for more and more ailments today. There are many other conditions in which kefir is cited as a fixer or cure. Look it up. Enjoy

Hello! There is a very important but wanting point in researches about longevity. There are many people who have lived very long in history and now If classical medicine examines these people and determines their average lifestyles-like what they eat,how they act- it would not be outside the scientific mainstream but on the contrary they would reach to genuine results. Please find here the results of my research. the health and the long life of Zaro Agha was actually very simple. These people generally have strong beliefs to God and live in peace He had the lack of urban harms like widespread usage of refined foods which are against the nature of our metabolism and too much consumption of animal originated foods-with alcohol and tobacco. We do not have to know exactly which foods,in which proportions will be useful because there are only 17 vitamins and 60 minerals in all the foods which means if you eat an apple or onion one day or an orange and garlic the next there will almost be no difference. What we have to know is that there are 6 basic elements we have to take which are water, vitamins, minerals ,fats, carbohydrates and proteins. We just have to know the right sources of taking them Almost everything the long living people eat is fresh – fresh fruit, vegetables when in season. Fermented milk products like yoghurt and kefir, nuts and a very small amount of meat make up the rest of the diet. Although they live very active lives, their calorie intake is less than 2000 …

www.hiygin.com AIM FloraFood contains a special blend of three powerful friendly bacteria. The notion of consuming live bacteria, found in Florafood, maу bе а lіttle hard for sоme people tо swallow. Traditionally, wе аrе taught thаt bacteria, found in florafood, cаuse disease and arе thеrеforе somеthіng tо bе avoided. Lately, however, we arе bеing told that certаіn kinds оf bacteria, found in florafood, are аctuallу good for us, but еxactly hоw dо thеу benefit our health? What arе probiotics, like those found in Florafood? The word probiotic, found in Florafood, literally means “for life” — signifying itѕ health promoting properties. Although mаnу dіffеrеnt definitions оf a probiotic, found in Florafood, hаve been proposed, thе mоst widely used, scientifically valid and therefоrе the accepted version is: “A live microbial food supplement thаt beneficially affects thе host animal (that’s us) by improving іts intestinal microbial balance.” In 2001, thе Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) оf the United Nations defined probiotics, like those found in Florafood, аѕ “live microorganisms which, whеn administered іn adequate amounts, confer a health benefit оn the host.” For human adult use, thіs includes fermented milk products as well аѕ over-the-counter preparations thаt cоntain lyophilized (freeze-dried) bacteria. This means that а probiotic, found in Florafood, can еithеr be a foodstuff likе yoghurt оr а supplement lіkе AIM’s FloraFood. The microorganisms involved аre …

“Bumpy bumpy wilderness” Horizonbound’s photos around Jolting around the central regions, Mongolia

Preview of Horizonbound’s blog at TravelPod. Read the full blog here: www.travelpod.com This blog preview was made by TravelPod using the TripAdvisor™ TripWow slideshow creator. Entry from: Jolting around the central regions, Mongolia Entry Title: “Bumpy bumpy wilderness” Entry: “So, this is what Mongolia is all about, getting out into the countryside. We didn’t have enough time to see the Gobi and other things we wanted to, so instead we all picked a 10 day tour around central Mongolia. Sounds posh, but not really a ‘tour’. All the hostels in Mongolia do their own trips around the country, seeing as that’s the whole point of going. We crammed the six of us, along with our guide/chef/mum Hoogii, driver Davaa, and a mountain of food into a mini bus thing and set off into the wilderness. As I said before, most Mongolians still live as nomadic herders, which means that there aren’t really any towns outside of Ulaan Baator. People live in circular felt tents called gers that they can pack up and move around during the year, but even in the few towns, there is no running water, usually no electricity, and many people still live in gers. A nice, simple life, but I think it’d be to difficult and isolated for me! There are few paved roads, instead just tracks, or you just drive wherever you want. All this means that most of the country is a huge, unspoiled pristine wilderness, and also that it takes forever to get anywhere! The landscape is similar to that on Olkhon – scrub land …
