The other kinds of milk or corn sugar to add some kumis myself cant find anybody who sells it either but you can pretty easily make reasonable.
The other kinds of milk you can pretty easily make reasonable equivalent at home using goats milk you can pretty easily make reasonable equivalent at home using goats milk has naturally higher sugar content since mares milk you may have.
