mead brewing?

I Ask Questions asked:
hi im brewing mead. im kinda lazy to go out a buy a fermenting jug and stuff. im getting the right yeast and sanitizer, however. im going to make a gallon. after i pasteurize the honey, im going to put the mix into a sterile milk jug. when it’s fermenting im going to put a balloon around the mouth to use later when siphoning it off. anything wrong with what im doing? suggestions are good. if i can get a lazy hobo’s mead recipe thatd be cool too.

homemade wine question?
