I made some homemade wine, and it’s (finally!) finished fermenting…But now there is a ton of yeast and other crud at the bottom of the jug and I have no idea how I am supposed to separate the wine from the gunk at the bottom. Please help!

For sweeter wine with more alcohol except in the quantity of making wheat wine has been shown and 12 to pounds.
Decanting:Pouring wine slowly from the bottle into a carafe, which can add oxygen or separate the wine from the sediment.
